Medical Helicopter Crashes into Water Reservoir | The Tragic Story of Pafford Air One N620PA

In this episode, I will tell the full story of the Pafford Air One medical helicopter crash that took place on November 19, 2017 just south of Stuttgart, AR, U.S.A., in a Bell 407 with tail number N620PA.

If you are involved with HEMS as a pilot or medical crew member, does your shift change briefing include the BAM/AHAS report?   If so, how does a high BAM warning affect the rest of your shift and flight decisions?  Please let me know in the comments below.

If not, feel free to access the report here for your own situational awareness - https://www.usahas.com/
