In this podcast, I welcome retired Oklahoma City Firefighter, Chris Fields, to the studio.  Chris tells his story before the Oklahoma City bombing, outlines that terrible day, and discusses the ongoing mental repercussions of being thrust into the worldwide spotlight and becoming the symbol of this terrible tragedy all over the world in less than 12 hours.  

Chris is an advocate for mental health resources for all first responders and will also discuss suicide, chronic depression, and other ever-lasting effects that take their toll on thousands of first responders around the world each and every day.
